Terms of service

These terms govern access to DS Office (Durgasoft Office), this website, and related services offered by Dregal i Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “us”). By creating a workspace, submitting a form, or using the site, you agree to them.

Accounts and the product

DS Office is provided as a subscription workspace. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter, for user access you grant, and for using the software in line with applicable law (including tax and employment rules that apply to your firm).

Trials

A 14-day trial, where offered, is for evaluation. We may refuse or end a trial that looks automated, abusive, or intended only to extract templates.

Acceptable use

Do not probe, overload, or reverse-engineer the service; do not store unlawful content; do not share login credentials in a way that circumvents seat counts.

Fees

Paid plans are billed as described on the pricing page unless a written enterprise order says otherwise. Taxes extra where applicable.

Limitation

The software is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you take on the basis of reports you configure. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the three months before the claim.
